Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 c. diced turkey
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. broth or milk
Preparation
    Arrange diced turkey in a large greased baking dish.
    Melt butter in a large skillet and saute the celery, onion and bread crumbs.
    Add salt, baking powder, pepper and poultry seasoning. Beat the egg and add soup and broth (or milk).
    Add to crumb mixture and pour over the turkey.
    Bake uncovered 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
