Ribs And Kraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 lb. pork ribs
1/2 c. chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 can kraut
1/8 c. brown sugar
Preparation
-
Season ribs and add onion.
Bake, uncovered, in oven at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
Ribs should be nice and brown.
Cover with kraut and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Return to oven and bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
