Freezer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 green or red pepper
    2 carrots
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Shred cabbage, pepper and carrots; set aside. Boil vinegar, water, sugar, mustard and celery seed. Let cool.
    Pour over cabbage. Marinate 24 hours.
