Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can Comstock apples
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pinch salt
1 c. raisins
1 c. walnut meats, chopped

Preparation

Mix in a bowl the apples, oil, eggs and sugar.
Add the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, vanilla, salt, raisins and walnut meats. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan at 325\u00b0 for at least one hour.
