German Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 1/2 c. raw rice
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    2/3 stick margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 1/2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    4 3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 large heads cabbage
    several strips bacon
Preparation
    Core and boil cabbage and as leaves wilt, peel off and drain. Then place mixture in cabbage leaves and stuff good; roll.
    Bake with strips of bacon on top.
