Piccalilli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. green tomatoes
    2 large bell peppers
    4 onions
    5 or 6 hot peppers
    1/4 c. salt
    2 heads cabbage, chopped or ground
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. pickling spices
Preparation
    Mix all together in large pan.
    Cook over medium temperature to a good boil.
    Continue cooking for 5 minutes.
    Seal in pint jars for future use.
