Sunshine Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    1 c. hot water
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and gelatin; add hot water and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
    Chill until slightly thickened. Add pineapple, mandarin oranges and sour cream.
