Hot Cocoa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    4 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cocoa and salt in 2-quart saucepan.
    Add water; heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Boil and stir 2 minutes. Stir in milk; heat just until hot (do not boil).
    Beat with hand beater until foamy or stir until smooth.
    Serve immediately. Makes 9 servings.
