Meatless Vegetable All Italian Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. diced onion
1 c. shredded cabbage
2 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All, drained
2 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Melt butter in 4-quart pot.
Stir in onions and cabbage.
Heat 2 minutes.
Add water, cover and simmer another 10 minutes.
Stir in veggies, tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer 10 minutes.
If using frozen or fresh veggies, simmer until tender.
