Baked Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. low-fat Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 lb. spaghetti
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. green peppers
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 cans tomato soup
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix both kinds of cheese and set aside. Break spaghetti into 3-inch lengths. Cook and drain. Cook meat and drain off fat. Add onions and peppers. Put meat mixture into a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt. Gradually stir in soup, milk and 1 cup shredded cheese. Add cooked spaghetti. Pour into 9 x 13 casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake, uncovered, approximately 1 hour at 350\u00b0 until heated through. May be refrigerated overnight before baking. Serves 12 to 15.
