Pineapple Pork Sweet And Sour - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. lean pork, cut into 1/2-inch squares
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. pineapple syrup
    1 c. pineapple chunks, drained
    1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch squares
    1/4 c. onion, cubed in 1/2-inch squares
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. catsup
    6 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Dip pork in beaten egg.
    Combine flour, Accent and salt in bag.
    Add pork and shake.
    In large skillet, heat enough oil to fry the pork.
    Fry pork for 6 to 8 minutes or until well browned. Remove and drain.
    In skillet, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, sugar, pineapple syrup, catsup and vinegar and bring to boil.
    Mix cornstarch (4 teaspoons) with 4 teaspoons cold water.
    Stir into sauce, cooking until it thickens.
    Add pork, pineapple, onions and bell pepper.
    Cook, stirring rapidly, for about 4 minutes.
    Serve with hot rice.
