Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. pecans
    2 c. apples, chopped fine
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and oil together.
    Add vanilla, flour, nuts and apples.
    This will be thick.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 in tube pan or loaf pan for 1 1/2 hours in tube pan or 35 to 40 minutes in loaf pan.
