Baked Winter Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small butternut squash
    salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. maple syrup
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cut the squash in half and remove seeds.
    Sprinkle the cut sides with salt.
    Place cut side down on a baking dish and bake for about 40 to 50 minutes, until easily pierced with a fork.
