Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. corn oil
    3 eggs
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 1/3 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/3 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated raw carrot
    1/2 c. crushed nuts (optional)
    4 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. icing sugar (confectioners sugar)
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil and eggs; beat well.
    Add the next 5 ingredients; beat well.
    Fold in carrots and nuts.
    Pour into a greased angel food cake pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    Beat the cream cheese, butter, icing sugar and vanilla until creamy; ice the Carrot Cake when cool.
