Crab Stuffed Avocado - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. crab meat
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix the crab meat, celery, mayonnaise, chili sauce and lemon juice.
    Split the avocados; remove the pits and sprinkle avocado halves with lemon juice and stuff with the crab meat mixture. Serve on lettuce-lined plates with crackers and fresh fruit. Serves 8.
