4 chicken steaks (from Market Day)
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. mustard (prepared)
1 to 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Cut chicken steaks into 3/4-inch strips (easiest to do when partially thawed).
Mix honey and mustard in shallow bowl.
Coat chicken with honey/mustard mix and then roll in bread crumbs.
