Cornsticks For 9 Cornstick Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. yellow corn meal
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. sweet milk

Preparation

Mix and sift dry ingredients.
Mix the egg and milk and stir into the dry ingredients; add oil.
Drop from teaspoon into greased cornstick mold.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 17 minutes.
