Harvest Pumpkin Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. pumpkin (16 oz. can)
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Stir together the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Add pumpkin, oil and eggs.
Mix until smooth. Spread batter evenly in greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
Cool and spread with fluffy cream cheese icing.
