Turkey Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    5 slices firm white bread
    1 onion
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. dried basil
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. ground turkey
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Thaw spinach.
    Butter a 9 1/2 x 5-inch baking pan or two smaller 7 1/2 x 3 1/2-inch pans.
    Process bread into fine crumbs. Whisk eggs with milk, basil, salt and pepper.
    Add spinach.
    Turn mixture into baking pan.
    Brush with ketchup and bake 30 minutes. Melt butter; baste loaf with butter and continue to bake, basting occasionally, until well browned, 30 to 40 minutes.
    Freezes well.
