Sweet Potato Crest - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk or can evaporated milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pats butter
1 small can coconut

Preparation

Mix all together and pour into buttered casserole.
Cook about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Set aside.
