Fourteen Karat Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    pinch of salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
    2 1/4 c. cooking oil
    6 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
    2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Sift flour with baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add sugar, oil and eggs.
    Mix well, then add carrots, pineapple,
    nuts and
    raisins.
    Mix
    until\tsmooth\tand pour into a greased and floured 10-inch pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until cake
    tests done
    when\ttoothpick
    is inserted.
    Frost with a cream cheese frosting.
    Keep refrigerated.
