Cranberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. milk
1/2 lb. fresh cranberries (2 c.)
1 c. sugar
3 1/2 Tbsp. shortening
1 egg
Preparation
-
Beat first 6 ingredients 2 minutes, then stir in berries.
Put in a 9-inch pan and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
