Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 potatoes
2 Tbsp. onion salt
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Peel and boil potatoes; drain.
Add onion, salt and sour cream; whip.
Put in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Dot with butter or margarine and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
