Crustless Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 tsp. flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tall can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix
    together sugar and flour.\tAdd beaten eggs, melted butter,
    milk
    and vanilla.
    Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
    Grease and flour pie plate.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
