Dad'S Favorite Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. soft shortening
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cream together shortening and sugar.
Add eggs and beat well. Mix in dry ingredients.
Form into balls and roll in cinnamon and sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
