Tina'S Famous Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes
    1 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1/3 c. chopped pimiento
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    2 hard-boiled large eggs, sliced
    paprika
Preparation
    Peel and quarter the potatoes and place in a 3-quart saucepan. Add enough water to cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, until the potatoes are tender, for about 20 minutes. Drain and let cool. Cut the potatoes into chunks or slices, according to your preference.
