Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped apples
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar (1 c. brown and 1 c. white)
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs and pour over apples.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add oil.
    Mix together.
    Spread in greased, oblong cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
