Spinach And Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack, divided
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. Tabasco (optional)
    crackers or corn chips
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan on medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft.
    Stir in artichokes, spinach, cream cheese, 3/4 cup Monterey Jack and Parmesan cheeses, sour cream and optional Tabasco. Stir until cheeses are melted and mixture is well blended.
    Pour mixture into a 1-quart
    casserole dish. Top with some of the extra cheeses.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Serve with crackers or corn chips.
