Cream Of Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    dash of pepper
    3 c. chicken stock
    1 c. light cream or milk
    1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, melt margarine or butter.
    Stir in flour and dash of pepper.
    Add chicken stock and cream or milk.
    Cook, stirring, until bubbly; cook and stir for 1 minute more.
    Stir in chicken; heat through.
    If desired, garnish with parsley.
    Makes 3 main dish servings.
