Ingredients

1 pkg. chocolate sugar-free instant pudding mix (4 serving size)
1 1/2 c. low-fat or skim milk
1 (8 oz.) container light whipped topping, thawed
Preparation

Mix milk and pudding mix according to package.
Add whipped topping and blend.
Pour into large covered glass dish and refrigerate.
(You may freeze if you like.) Makes 8 (1/2-cup) servings.
