Stuffed Crabs(Quick) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. crab meat
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    6 cloves chopped garlic
    1 stick butter
    2 well beaten eggs
    1 bunch green onions
    1/2 c. celery (optional)
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in butter and oil.
    Add crab meat and bread crumbs; simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring often.
    Cool and stir in eggs.
    Stuff crab shells.
    Sprinkle the tops with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
