Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. ground pork
    1/2 lb. finely chopped shrimp
    1/2 c. finely chopped water chestnuts
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Will need 30 to 35 pieces of egg roll wrappers.
    Combine first five ingredients in a bowl.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Then add egg and soy sauce.
    Combine mixture thoroughly.
