Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 tsp. cream of tartar
food coloring *

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in heavy saucepan. Add oil, water and food coloring.* Cook 3 minutes or until mixture pulls away from sides of pan. Store in plastic bag, sealed.
