Ham Glaze - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar, or
3 Tbsp. cooking wine, or
3 Tbsp. prune juice
Preparation

Choose one of the three liquids (vinegar, wine or prune juice), and add to other ingredients.
Mix all ingredients together and add to ham before baking.
Use cloves and pineapple slices if desired.
