Baked Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 small onions, chopped
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. dried bread crumbs
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, coarsely chopped
    3/4 c. light cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    In a medium skillet, melt butter and saute onions until golden.
    In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, beat eggs, then mix in crumbs, milk, cream, salt and pepper until crumbs absorb liquid. Blend in mushrooms and onions.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes until golden and set.
