Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    2 c. water
    3/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 stick oleo, melted
    2 (10 oz.) boxes chopped broccoli, thawed
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 medium jar Cheez Whiz
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Arrange all ingredients in layers in the order given in a 2 1/2-quart covered casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
