Chicken Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
3 to 4 c. cooked, cubed chicken
2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 can milk
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
sharp Cheddar, Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese (any tastes good)
Preparation

Mix together the chicken, soup, milk, onion, Parmesan cheese, egg and cottage cheese.
Layer noodles, chicken mixture and cheese (ending with cheese as last layer).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Let stand 1/2 hour before serving.
