Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 (8.5 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
2 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. thyme leaves, crushed
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation

In a medium bowl, beat eggs lightly.
Stir in milk and oil. Add corn muffin mix, onion powder, thyme and black pepper.
Blend until batter is slightly lumpy.
