Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
2 eggs
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
onion
garlic powder
Preparation

Simmer finely chopped onion.
Brown ground meat and pour off all fat.
In bowl, combine eggs, mayo, milk and cheese.
Mix ingredients thoroughly.
Pour over ground meat and onions.
Mix thoroughly again.
Spoon into pastry shell and bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted and pie is set.
Before baking, sprinkle garlic powder over top of pie.
