Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham crumbs
1 stick margarine
2 sticks margarine
2 eggs
1 box powdered sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 to 4 bananas
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped with sugar and vanilla
maraschino cherries
chopped nuts
coconut
Preparation

Mix graham crackers and 1 stick margarine and pat on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat 2 sticks margarine, eggs and powdered sugar and spread on top.
Drain and spread pineapple on top.
Slice bananas and spread on top.
Frost with whipping cream.
Decorate with cherries, nuts and coconut.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Cut in 12 to 15 squares.
