Yellow Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine or shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 pinch salt
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix flour, baking
powder
and\tsalt;
set
aside.
Add sugar slowly to shortening, beating well.
Beat in egg smooth, then add other egg
and beat well.
Add half the flour, mixing half of the milk and
the
vanilla, then add rest of the flour and milk.
Mix well.
Bake
at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes until cake springs back when lightly touched near center.
