Helen Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes (boiled)
1 1/2 c. bacon (1/2 lb.), fried crisp
1 medium onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Leave overnight.
Then bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
