Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. corn meal
1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. salt
2 large onions, diced
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Mix together well all ingredients.
Drop by teaspoons half full into hot grease and cook about 5 minutes.
