Garlic Tomato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
3 big cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. paprika
4 1/2 c. chicken broth
4 c. pureed fresh tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
Tabasco and butter to taste
Preparation

Heat oil; saute garlic for 1 to 2 minutes.
Remove pan from heat; stir in paprika.
Return to low heat; stir 1 minute.
The minute it sizzles, add broth and tomatoes.
Puree in blender, then simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add Tabasco and butter.
Serves 6.
