Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 to 3 Tbsp. fresh herbs such as parsley or chives
    4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel potatoes.
    Cut potatoes into thin slices but not all the way through.
    Put potatoes in baking dish, fan them slightly. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter.
    Sprinkle with herbs. Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake for another 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
