Pumpkin Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
pinches of salt and baking soda
4 Tbsp. margarine
cinnamon sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Put margarine in a square baking pan and melt while heating oven.
Put all other ingredients, except cinnamon sugar, into a bowl.
Mix with a wire whisk or mixer.
Pour into baking pan with melted margarine.
Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
