Microwave Meat And Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    Dash pepper
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/3 c. chili sauce
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    3 c. cooked, diced potatoes
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine egg, bread crumbs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Add beef and mix well.
    Press into bottom and sides of 9-inch glass pie plate. Cook on HIGH for 3 minutes.
    Combine onion, chili sauce and mustard.
    Pour over potatoes and toss lightly.
    Spoon into baked meat shell.
    Cook on HIGH for 3 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 4 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Serves 4.
