Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil or butter
1 lb. ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 can mushrooms
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 lb. can tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
1 bay leaf
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Heat oil in heavy saucepan; add meat, breaking into small pieces with fork.
Add onion and garlic.
When meat is brown, stir in mushrooms with liquid and add remaining ingredients.
Simmer until sauce is thickened, about 30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
