Country Style Rigatoni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. rigatoni
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. cubed, cooked ham
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. dry white wine or white grape juice
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. marjoram leaves
    1 1/2 c. frozen broccoli, thawed
    1 c. diced, peeled potatoes
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Bring water to boil for rigatoni.
    Meanwhile, in large saucepan, saute onion in oil until tender.
    Add ham, mushrooms and pepper.
    Cook, stirring occasoinally, about 2 minutes.
    Add wine, parsley and marjoram leaves to ham mixture.
    Cover and simmer over low heat.
    Add rigatoni, broccoli and potatoes to boiling water. Cook rigatoni to desired doneness as directed on package.
    Drain rigatoni and vegetables.
    Rinse with hot water.
    In large serving bowl, combine ham mixture, rigatoni and vegetables.
    Stir in cheese. Serve immediately.
    Serves 6.
