Cranberry Fruit Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. nonfat or low-fat vanilla, lemon or peach yogurt
1/2 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients. Serve with fruit. The dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Serves 8 (2 tablespoons per serving).
